DJB Labcare has recently been involved with the supply of centrifuges to laboratories participating in the National Chlamydia Screening Programme (NCSP). Many of the laboratories are using the ProbeTech™ system this requires the samples to be spun at 2000g for 30 min (room temp) as part of the specimen preparation.

The supplied laboratories have requested a high sample thorough put, and with a recommenced spin time of 30 minutes. It is essential that productivity is considered.

DJB labcare can offer centrifuges that will spin up to 108 sample per run.
